I'm Mr Villa Stone
In Yunfu, Guangdong, I fabricate finished marble pieces to your drawings, then pack and ship them.
Who I am
I'm Mr Villa Stone. I run a stone factory in Yunfu, Guangdong, focused on fabricating finished marble pieces to your drawings, then packing and shipping them. Three generations of my family have worked in stone; I'm the third.
Stone is a natural, non-standard, made-to-order product, with a lot of variables. So my standard is this: before we start, I make the standard clear with the client. I'd rather go a little slower at the start to get that standard clear. What I like least is leaving grey areas — and arguing about them afterwards.
My factory and team
My factory is in Yunfu, Guangdong. From blocks and slabs to cutting, carving, grinding, dry-fitting and packing, the main steps happen in our own workshop. Quarry supply to finished piece in one line, with fewer hand-offs.
On the floor there's a polisher who has been grinding stone for twenty years, carving masters, and the ladies who do the final polishing. I film them at work a lot, because whether stone turns out well often comes down to these people's hands.
On a villa, the worst thing is running out of material halfway. So we keep stock slabs and blocks on hand: you have real choice when selecting, and delivery isn't a scramble. Our new factory building is under construction, planned with the next twenty years in mind.
The stone I work with most is Shana Beige, along with Calacatta-style white (Yudubai), Han White, Snow White, Fendi White and onyx. I've done whole-villa floors, waterjet inlays, stair treads, balustrades, wall panelling, arched door surrounds and carved reliefs — and a hotel project too. For overseas work the focus is fabrication to drawings, packing and shipping; special requests can be discussed case by case. I've also worked with overseas clients.
How I work
The look is decided at fabrication.
Once stone reaches the site, many details can no longer be changed. So I put the effort in before it leaves the factory.
Lock the variables before cutting.
Choose the slabs, lay them out, and dry-fit curves and 45° mitres 1:1 before shipping. What you see is what you get.
Agree the standard first.
We set the delivery standard clearly first. If you need anything, message us on WhatsApp.
Responsible from the moment it's unloaded.
Crystallization polishing is a finish, not a fix for earlier problems.
If it's not right for you, I'll say so.
Not every stone suits every client. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you — I'd rather not do the job.
Respect every stone.
Every block has its value.
Why I film
I film to find people — and clients — who see things the way I do.
Most clients only ever see the finished room. They never see how many steps a stone goes through from block to finished piece. So I take you to the blocks, the slabs, and the workshop. The real thing says more than any rendering.
What you see in my videos is my everyday work. If you're overseas and planning a villa or a project, they let you see the process, the standards and the delivery clearly — before we ever work together.
